This privacy policy (this “Policy”) outlines how UPP Enterprises Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses any personal data and information you may provide to us when you access and use our platform hosted on the website, [upp.sg], and all its associated sub-pages (the “Site”). This Policy is an integral part of, and forms part of, our Website Terms and Conditions of Use and Terms of Business. Unless otherwise stated herein, capitalised words, phrases or terms that appear hereinafter shall have the same meanings as they have been defined or described in the Website Terms and Conditions of Use as updated from time to time.

The Policy may be updated from time to time at our sole and absolute discretion and without notification. Changes to this Policy will be effective upon posting to our Site. Your continued access to and use of this Site and any service we offer after such changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the amended Policy. What is Personal Data?

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Complaints

Our manager will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and strive to provide a satisfactory solution to you within ten business days.
